I recently stayed at Jumeirah in London for a business trip that lasted a week. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to my every need. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The room was comfortable and the daily cleaning service was satisfactory. The health facilities, including the chrome pool and gym with stunning views, were fantastic. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food in a warm and inviting atmosphere. this hotel provided a great experience in a convenient and desirable location.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the middle of the Knightsbridge shopping area, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room we had overlooked the park, providing a great view, and the bed was very comfortable. The service was excellent, with attentive and welcoming staff who genuinely cared about our experience. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a well-equipped gym on the 9th floor and an indoor swimming pool on the 2nd floor.
The room could have used some renovation as it appeared to be in need of updates.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that added a luxurious touch to my experience. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi gave me a sense of relaxation after a day of exploring the city. the massage and facial treatments offered at the spa & wellness centre were top-notch and left me feeling rejuvenated.
I had a minor issue with the receptionist at check-in, who seemed a bit unorganized and couldn't find my reservation at first. the overall service at this hotel was outstanding and more than made up for this small hiccup.

We had the best stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms that were so classy. The hotel facilities were great, and we loved the convenience of the WhatsApp system that allowed us to easily communicate with the reception and concierge staff. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the nice shops, including Harrods, and just a short walk away from the underground station.
